Job Description

Responsible for implementing and supervising HR and administrative activities to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, while supporting the organizations operational effectiveness.

Report to: General Manager (a foreigner)

Location: Tay Ninh, shuttle bus provided from HCM

Responsibilities

  • Handle HR operations: payroll, C&B, contracts, insurance, and HR reporting.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor law & company policies.
  • Oversee admin tasks: visas, work permits, canteen, office supplies, company events.
  • Coordinate with external service providers and support HR audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
  • 5-7 years experience in HR/HR Admin roles, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law & HR practices.
  • Good English communication; MS Excel & HR software skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
