Responsible for implementing and supervising HR and administrative activities to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, while supporting the organizations operational effectiveness.
Report to: General Manager (a foreigner)
Location: Tay Ninh, shuttle bus provided from HCM
Responsibilities
- Handle HR operations: payroll, C&B, contracts, insurance, and HR reporting.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor law & company policies.
- Oversee admin tasks: visas, work permits, canteen, office supplies, company events.
- Coordinate with external service providers and support HR audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- 5-7 years experience in HR/HR Admin roles, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of labor law & HR practices.
- Good English communication; MS Excel & HR software skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
