The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. Work collaboratively and in partnership with assigned BU(s) to deliver a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical HR support and programs, in achieving overall business objectives engagement.
Responsibilities
- Ensure HR strategy, structure and capability to be aligned with best practices in terms of HR Business Partnering & Solutions;
- Develop close cooperation between HR and assigned BUs to handle all employee related matters effectively;
- Work closely with related Division/ Departments on headcounts and personnel cost budget for Business Units for the upcoming year.
- Discuss and inform the final result of headcounts and personnel cost budget to assigned Business Units;
- Follow up on the implementation of personnel cost control for assigned Business Units;
- Receive recruitment requests from Business Units, headcount review, approve requests or seek approval for the request from competent authorities;
- Communicate/ discuss and deploy performance management and performance improvement plan to Business Units;
- Handle complaints regarding performance assessment results;
- Organizational structure & Position list: support Line Manager in coordinating with assigned Business Unit to build appropriate organizational structure and position list in compliance with company's policy to deliver business results effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-5 years of experience in HR, banking & consumer finance
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Fluently in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
