Job Description

Job Description:

Inspect and assess property conditions before the company proceeds with leasing to ensure the site meets operational and safety requirements.
Identify required repair, improvement, or renovation scope needed for warehouse operations.
Negotiate commercial terms of the lease agreement with the landlord once the site survey is completed.
Negotiate with landlords/lessors on repair responsibilities and renovation scope to ensure the property is delivered in suitable condition.
Manage renovation and construction timelines to ensure site readiness before hub go-live.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Expansion, Contract team and Set up team) to align operational and contractual requirements.
Monitor project risks and resolve site-related issues that may impact hub readiness or project timelines.
Maintain documentation and provide progress updates on site readiness, negotiations, and project status.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Real Estate, Logistics, or related fields
Experience in renovation coordination, negotiating, facility management is preferred
Fresh graduates are welcomed
Good understanding of lease agreements and commercial terms is preferred
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage timelines effectively
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess site risks and propose solutions
Detail-oriented with good documentation and reporting capability
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools
