  • H tr chun b, t chc, thc hin v hun luyn cc k hoch sau y K Hoch Khn Cp , K hoch khc phc thin tai v cc quy tc & quy nh an ton ca Shopee/ Assisting in preparing, organizing, executing & training the following plan on Site Emergency Plan, Disaster Recovery Plan, and Shopee safety rules & regulations

  • Chu trch nhim thc hin chng trnh Qun l an ton v sc khe mi trng theo Quy nh v Tiu chun ISO/ Responsible for implementing the Environmental Health and Safety Management program in accordance with Regulations and ISO standards
  • Duy tr cc quy trnh v h s kim sot EH&S theo quy nh, Tiu chun ISO v OHSAS/ Maintaining EH&S Control Procedures and records per regulations, ISO, and OHSAS Standards
  • H tr cng vic hng ngy ca EHS, v d dch thut, o to nhn s v trong cc hot ng ca y ban EHS/ Assisting in EHS daily works i.e., translation, training of personnel and in EHS Committee Activities
  • Xc nh v thc hin cc bin php khc phc, phng nga, cng nh c cc hot ng ci tin cho cc hot ng HSE/ Defining and implementing corrective/preventive actions and continuous improvement activities as directed.
  • Thc hin cc nhim v khc theo yu cu/ Performing other assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • C nhn / K s v k thut / ha hc / Mi trng / Bachelor/Engineer degree in technical/chemical/Environment, etc.
  • C t nht 04 nm kinh nghim v HSE / cc hot ng kim duyt ca cng ty sn xut, c kin thc tt v cc quy nh v kim ton HSE ca Vit Nam v cc bo co / kim sot HSE/ At least 04 years of experience in HSE/audit of the manufacturing company, with good knowledge of Vietnamese HSE regulations and audits requirements and HSE report/audit
  • C kinh nghim, kin thc v tiu chun v quy nh ca PCCC/ Have knowledge in fire fighting requirement.
  • C kinh nghim gii quyt vn v cng c, vi v tr t cc cng ty lm v Chui cung ng/ Expert in problem solving and tools, with the position of Supply chain.
  • Tng lm trong lnh vc Sn xut, thng mi in t l mt im cng ln/ Manufacturing, E-commerce is a big plus.
  • Kinh nghim trong o to v pht trin, l mt li th/ Experience in Training and development, Facilitation is preferred.
  • Kin thc v kinh nghim tt v QMS, HACCP, GMPs, ISO, FSS 22000, OHS/ Good knowledge and experience in QMS, HACCP, GMPs, ISO, FSS 22000, OHS
