Job Description

Provide daily guidance and direction in HSE programs at the employee/ supervisor level to ensure a common and effective approach.
Support the project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety, and environmental issues.
Practice safe working techniques and enforce the safety policies, guidelines, and procedures as requirements.
Provide, maintain, and update as needed SOPs for all safe work practices equipment, and utilize them in day-to-day training.
Provide and maintain filing systems regarding employee training and safety.
Ensure the employees on the property comply with the company's policies and safety norms.
Assist with maintaining the site preparedness and Emergency planning and Procedures.
Periodically coordinate and organize internal drills for incidents at projects.
Maintain working relations with regulatory bodies.
Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

At least 2-3 years of recent and relevant experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in writing and implementing Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Knowledge of emergency preparedness, and Fire Safety Management/Risk assessment.
Ability to lead and advise on all Health and Safety matters, to all roles within the business.
Able to work independently and meticulously.
Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 5S, Kaizen, standards, and HSE.
