HRM & Payroll Software Sales Consultant (Executive / Senior / Lead)

Better HR is looking for a strong solution-oriented sales consultant who excels at building win-win deals. This role requires working directly with clients (both in-person and online), understanding business needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is truly skilled in consultative selling. You will engage directly with clients, identify pain points, demonstrate solutions, handle objections, and drive deals to closure. The ability to mentor or support other sales team members is a plus — however, the primary focus of this role is consulting and driving revenue through strong sales execution.

What You Will Do

  • Consult clients directly on HR & Payroll SaaS solutions
  • Engage with clients via meetings, phone calls, video calls, and online channels
  • Quickly understand business operations, pain points, and real-world challenges
  • Recommend tailored solutions rather than simply presenting product features
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation, consultation, demo, follow-up to closing
  • Handle objections professionally and effectively
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while proactively generating new opportunities
  • Share practical experience, best practices, and provide internal coaching when needed

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in consultative sales, especially solution-based selling
  • Confident in working directly with clients, both online and offline
  • Strong questioning skills with the ability to quickly identify pain points and build trust
  • Demonstrated sales achievements (meeting or exceeding targets)
  • Strong pipeline management and deal follow-up skills with good conversion rates
  • Proactive in generating leads from multiple channels
  • Good working proficiency in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or above)

Big Plus If You Have

  • Experience selling HR, payroll, ERP, CRM software, or other B2B solutions
  • Experience in selling educational products, English courses, or skills training programs
  • Strong product demo consulting skills
  • Ability to mentor, guide, or support other sales team members
  • Strong ownership mindset and thrive in a fast-growing environment
