Strategic HR Business Partner for Sewing and manufacturing units in HCMC, driving workforce planning, labor compliance, and organizational effectiveness aligned with business objectives. Oversee HRBP and factory recruitment teams, ensure sufficient and timely workforce supply, and lead organizational optimization initiatives to reduce indirect labor ratio and improve operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Business Partnering
- Partner with Factory Directors and Functional Heads to align HR strategy with production and operational goals
- Provide strategic advice on manpower planning, workforce optimization, and organization structure
- Support leadership in change management and organizational development
Workforce Planning & Talent Management
- Oversee recruitment planning for blue-collar & white-collar workforce
- Monitor manpower budgeting and headcount control
- Develop succession planning and talent pipeline for key positions
- Coordinate training and leadership development programs
Employee Relations & Labor Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law and company regulations
- Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary cases, and grievance management
- Manage labor union coordination (if applicable)
- Monitor factory HR audits and compliance requirements
Performance & KPI Management
- Implement performance management system across factories
- Monitor HR KPIs: turnover rate, absenteeism, productivity ratio, labor cost
- Provide monthly HR reports and workforce analytics to HR Director
Culture & Engagement
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, training spirit
- Strengthen internal communication between factory & corporate
- Promote company culture, discipline, and compliance
HR Operations Oversight
- Ensure sufficient and timely workforce supply for factories
- Research and implement organizational improvement initiatives to reduce indirect labor ratio
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law or related field
- Minimum 810 years of HR experience in Talent Acquisition & Training, with at least 3 years in HRBP or HR Manager role in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law
- Experience managing large blue-collar workforce (500+ employees preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management & influencing skills
- Good analytical skills & HR data reporting
- English proficiency is an advantage
- Willing to travel frequently to factories in the Southern region
