Our client is a global manufacturing group in Vietnam seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner Manager to support a key Business Unit. This role partners closely with BU leadership to drive organization design, talent strategy, and hiring quality, working in a highly international and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as strategic HR partner to BU leaders on organization design, workforce structure, and capability planning.
- Lead performance reviews, talent reviews, and succession planning aligned with business strategy.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and key hires; participate in leadership-level recruitment and interviews.
- Advise hiring managers on culture fit, leadership capability, and talent quality.
- Drive BU-level performance management, talent development, and leadership capability initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR functions (C&B, ER, L&D, Admin) to ensure effective and compliant HR delivery.
- Provide HR insights, data, and people-related risk assessment to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 710 years of HR experience, with strong exposure as an HRBP in a multinational environment (organization size 2,000+ employees).
- Solid experience in organization design, talent review/succession planning, and TA partnership.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior level.
- Fluent English & Vietnamese; Chinese is a plus.
- Experience in manufacturing or large-scale operations preferred.
- Exposure to regional or global HR collaboration is an advantage.
