Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HRBP Executive, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Lead advisory and execution support for recruitment, training, and KPI initiatives, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and analysis of company-wide activities. The role also involves supporting workforce planning, talent management, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 24 years of experience in HR generalist or HRBP roles, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments.
• Solid knowledge of recruitment, training, performance management, and KPI implementation.
• Good understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and internal regulations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to work closely with line managers and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to handle data, reports, and HR metrics.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with HR systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform well under pressure.
• Good command of English is preferred.
