Job Summary
The Center of Excellence (COE) Support is a critical role designed to assist Senior Specialists in executing COE initiatives across various business functions. This role focuses on providing comprehensive support in process improvement, procedural guidance, administrative tasks, data analysis, reporting, and logistics preparation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, analytical abilities, and a collaborative mindset to effectively drive COE objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Learning, Development, Culture & Employee Communication
- Assist with employee internal communication by helping prepare and share communication materials.
- Coordinate initiatives and logistics for employee engagement, learning sessions, workshops, and internal activities.
- Prepare attendance lists, presentation materials, handouts, and other support documents for training or engagement activities.
- Help ensure materials and resources are ready for meetings, workshops, and internal events.
Recruitment
- Support recruitment administration by preparing documents, coordinating schedules, and following up on required information.
- Arrange interviews by coordinating with candidates, hiring teams, and interviewers.
- Provide coordination support for sourcing activities and related recruitment administration.
- Maintain recruitment records, trackers, and status updates to ensure hiring activities are properly documented.
- Prepare materials, meeting notes, and support documents related to recruitment processes and governance activities.
Coordination, Reporting, and General Administrative
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and support follow-up actions for HR activities and projects.
- Assist with regular reports, trackers, and dashboards to monitor the progress of HR initiatives and activities.
- Support stakeholders by responding to basic requests for information and directing queries to the relevant HR team members when needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to help ensure smooth communication and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support the planning and coordination of HR projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and action items.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in HR
- Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams both in Vietnamese and English.
- Good organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and follow timelines.
- Willing to learn HR processes and work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Able to handle confidential information with care and professionalism.
- Strong learning agility quickly absorbs new information, systems, processes and openness to feedback.
- Adaptable to change, ambiguity, and evolving business priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
