Job Description

1. Recruitment 40%

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for midsenior level positions, ensuring alignment with workforce plans and business strategy.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies including networking, mapping talent pools, leveraging referrals, and building long-term candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct behavioral/competency-based interviews and guide hiring managers in structured selection methodology.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics (TAT, funnel ratios, pipeline health, cost per hire, source effectiveness) and propose improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and quality.
  • Strengthen employer branding through storytelling, internal ambassadors, and candidate experience management.
  • Lead improvements in recruitment processes, tools, and assessments to ensure consistency, fairness, and efficiency.

2. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) 40%
  • Lead payroll, insurance, PIT, and statutory compliance with strong governance, accuracy, and risk awareness.
  • Analyze C&B data trends (HC, attrition, overtime spend, benefit utilization, salary structure, cost per FTE) and convert insights into business recommendations.
  • Partner with HR Manager in designing and executing annual cycles: salary review, performance bonus, merit increase, and benefits optimization.
  • Provide advisory support to managers and employees, ensuring transparency and understanding of compensation frameworks.
  • Maintain robust C&B data integrity within HRIS and drive automation to reduce manual workload and errors.
  • Collaborate with HR Manager for forecasting, budgeting, accruals, audit preparation, and compliance reporting.
  • Monitor labor market trends and salary benchmarks to advise on competitiveness and retention risks.

3. HR Operation 20%

  • Oversee lifecycle HR processes (onboarding, probation, contract management, job data changes, HRIS maintenance, offboarding) with accuracy and compliance.
  • Serve as a trusted contact point for both managers and employees regarding policies, procedures, performance, and employee relations.
  • Participate in HR transformation, digitalization, engagement, and performance management initiatives at both local and regional levels.
  • Identify root causes behind recurring people/operational issues and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Improve HR workflows (forms, processes, checklists, employee self-service) to enhance speed, transparency, and consistency.
  • Support internal communication related to HR programs, ensuring clarity, alignment, and adoption across teams.
  • Ensure proper documentation, data privacy, and audit readiness in all HR operational matters.

Requirements

  • 57 years of HR experience with strong specialization in both C&B and Recruitment.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex HR data into meaningful narratives and actionable insights.
  • In-depth understanding of Vietnam labor laws, SI/HI/UI, PIT, compensation structures, and HR governance.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, Zoho People, SAP HR or equivalent) and advanced Excel for analytics.
  • Strong interviewing skills with experience recruiting midsenior roles across Sales, Technical, Corporate, and Operations.
  • Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English, capable of influencing and advising stakeholders.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong logical thinking, problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with ownership.
