HR SPECIALIST (General)
Location: [HN - Thanh Xuan District] | Full-time
Job Description:
1. Recruitment & EB
- Collect hiring requests from departments; coordinate in developing job descriptions (JDs) and hiring criteria.
- Post job openings on company websites, job portals, and social media channels (e.g., Facebook).
- Source and screen candidate profiles.
- Conduct initial interviews and arrange interviews with hiring managers.
- Communicate results and negotiate salary and benefits with candidates.
- Collaborate with the team to build and develop employer branding channels.
2. Office Operation
- Handle courier services and manage incoming/outgoing documents, contracts, and invoices.
- Support tracking of company assets and equipment; plan periodic maintenance.
- Assist in preparing lists and purchasing office supplies.
- Support organizing company events such as trips, team building, and internal parties.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
3. Training policies & Culture
- Implement training new commer session & culture for new staff.
- Provide guidance on timekeeping procedures and communicate company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English or Chinese is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interviewing, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with a proactive learning mindset.
