A tech talent scout who proactively explores the market, connects with top IT & High-tech experts, and builds strong, long-term relationships across the global talent ecosystem.

A strategic advisor who deeply understands talents, hiring managers, market dynamics, and business priorities — and translates those insights into real hiring impact for core technology domains.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Proactively and strategically source, identify, and engage world-class IT & High-tech experts from global talent markets, leveraging diverse international and digital channels to attract top-tier candidates in Viettel's core technologies.
  • Research, analyze, and propose recruitment policies, talent acquisition frameworks, and competitive hiring strategies tailored for high-demand and niche technology domains.
  • Develop and maintain a strong global network of IT & High-tech experts, fostering long-term relationships to build a sustainable expert talent ecosystem for Viettel's core technology domains.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on IT & High-tech talent trends and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for Viettel Group
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the ideal candidate profile, screen and qualify candidates to ensure they meet the specific requirements of each role
  • Help the employer branding team to organize recruitment events such as Viettel Digital Talent, Viettel Future Changemakers, Competitions, etc.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, or related fields.
  • Have an international English certificate, equivalent to 800+ TOEIC or 6.5 IELTS.
  • Have at least 4 years of experience in IT or High-tech recruiting.

OTHER INFORMATION

  • Workplace: Viettel Headquarters - Block D26, Yen Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi
  • Working hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM from Monday to Friday.
