- Handle daily HR operations, policies, and labor law compliance
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Manage performance review, employee relations, and disciplinary cases
- Oversee compensation & benefits and support payroll process
- Drive training, development, and employee engagement initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of HR experience, including HR management
- Good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Strong communication skills; good at English
