  • Handle daily HR operations, policies, and labor law compliance
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
  • Manage performance review, employee relations, and disciplinary cases
  • Oversee compensation & benefits and support payroll process
  • Drive training, development, and employee engagement initiatives

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of HR experience, including HR management
  • Good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Strong communication skills; good at English
