Job Description

Company: 100% Vietnamese company in industrial manufacturing and exporting.

Position: Head of Human Resources

Location: Tan Tao Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City (NO Shuttle Bus)

Reporting to: Vice President of Human Resources

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Strategic Business Partner to the CEO, the Head of Human Resources is responsible for building and overseeing the entire organizational framework, including

  • Organization Design (OD)
  • People Governance
  • Performance & KPI Management
  • Compensation & Benefits (C&B) & Rewards
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Talent Development & Learning (L&D)
  • Culture & Employee Engagement

Core Mission: To transform the business to a systematic and data-driven operation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. System Building & Standardization: Establish the entire P&O infrastructure, including Job Descriptions (JDs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), performance management processes, reward systems, and succession planning.
  2. Organization Design: Design the organizational structure and manpower plans aligned with the company's growth strategy.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and direct 5 specialized pillars: HRBP – Talent Acquisition (TA) – C&B/Performance – L&D – Culture.
  4. Reporting & Analytics: Develop Data Dashboards for the CEO to monitor: headcount trends, performance metrics, talent risks, and total people costs.
  5. Strategic Advisory: Directly advise the CEO on critical decisions regarding:
  • Organizational restructuring.
  • Executive talent management.
  • Change management strategies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR / P&O / OD.
  • Track Record: Proven experience in leadership roles such as Head of HR / HR Director.
  • Mindset: Strong expertise in Organization Design, People Governance, and Strategic HR.
  • Management Skills: Hands-on experience managing multi-functional HR areas: Recruitment, Performance, C&B, L&D, and Employee Relations (ER).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Manufacturing / FMCG / Retail Chains / Supply Chain sectors.
  • Proven track record in leading organizational transformation, system building, or standardizing organizations from scratch.
