JOB MISSION:
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
HR Operations:
1. Drive efficiency on HR processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, standardization for cost optimization.
2. Manage Payroll Executive to ensure timely and accurate payroll
3. Update HR operations and compensation processes, policies, and procedures, and evaluate opportunities for alignment with JV partners
4. Manage internal and external HR Operations projects, as well as
respective change management
5. Ensures compliance with labor laws, policies, and ethical practices
Total Rewards:
1. Manage the salary review process, the research of market rates and job evaluation systems
2. Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages in accordance to guidelines and ensure internal equity and market benchmark
3. Interprets salary data, administers job evaluation programs and recommends changes to ensure the maintenance of compensation objectives in line with overall human resources strategy
4. Act as internal consultant and advisor to General Director, Head of HRBP and leadership on Total Rewards related issues, including best practice and benchmarking
5. Lead the annual compensation review cycle
Recruitment & Workforce Planning:
1. Own and maintain organization structure, headcount framework, job architecture, and job description standards across the company; ensure consistency, governance, and alignment with business needs
2. Manage recruitment operations, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, and HR services.
Office Administration & Support Services:
1. Manage office administration functions including front desk operations and visitor reception.
2. Oversee document control, records management, and official correspondence.
3. Coordinate facility management services, office maintenance, and workplace environment.
4. Manage office supplies procurement, vendor sourcing, and administrative purchasing.
5. Manage employee meal programs, catering, and pantry services.
6. Provide secretarial and administrative support to the BODs and Management team
Contractor & Security Management:
1. Manage contractor/vendor administration, including service contracts, manpower tracking, attendance coordination, and cost control.
2. Act as focal point for vendor performance management related to outsourced resources.
3. Oversee security team management in coordination with site management, ensuring discipline, compliance, and coverage.
