We are looking for an Associate HR Manager who will work in partnership with Business Heads and TA, EB, C&B, and Admin teams to build, implement and develop a DATA-DRIVEN PEOPLE STRATEGY to achieve the BUSINESS OBJECTIVE of YOUNET GROUP. In this role, you will contribute your HR expertise, use data to guide your work, add value to business needs, and impact how work is done. As part of our HR Department, you will continue to focus on INNOVATION, OWNERSHIP and on the EMPLOYEE & CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE at YouNet Group.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Strategic Planning (30%)
- Contribute and manage an action plan regarding Staffing, Training, Promotion, and Retention to achieve the People strategy in the company BSC plan
People Operations (30%)
- Contribute and deliver the People Operations framework, including Culture, Process, and Policy of the company aligned with YouNet Group to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
People Consulting (30%)
- Advise the Manager level and under regarding Staffing, Performance management,and Labour legislation to make the right decisions
Team Management (10%)
- Promote and be a role model of HR Department Culture, build an inclusive workplace together
- Find, grow and keep HR members to deliver effective, complete HR support
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in HR Management, Laws, Business Administration, Economics or a relevant degree
Knowledge:

Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in an equivalent role in a medium-sized company (>250 staff)
