Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) professional based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Daily tasks will include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, staff training, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

1.HR Job Responsibilities:

1) Recruitment

2) Office administrative tasks

3) Payroll calculation

4) Social security payment processing

5) Employee onboarding and offboarding procedures

6) Assisting the finance department with simple tasks

2. Work Location: Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City

3. Company provides a standard 5-day, 8-hour work week. Weekends off. Public holidays according to government regulations. Afternoon tea every week.
