JDA WMS - A consulting company providing human resource solutions, connecting opportunities with talent, ensuring an effective recruitment process for both employers and candidates. We are seeking a practical, hands-on HR Generalist to lead end-to-end recruitment and manage C&B operations for our Vietnam office. The role will combine full-cycle talent acquisition, employer branding, onboarding and administration of statutory and voluntary benefits, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese labour law and competitive local practices.
Key responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer payroll-related documentation and coordinate with payroll/finance to ensure timely and accurate salary payments, allowances and statutory contributions.
- Manage statutory benefits and compliance: social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, personal income tax (PIT) declarations and labour contracts in line with Vietnam Labour Code.
- Oversee voluntary benefits (private health insurance top-ups, accident insurance, meal allowances, transport allowances, wellness programs) and manage vendor relationships.
- Handle employee queries on compensation, benefits, taxes and payroll; provide clear guidance to employees and managers.
- Support annual salary review cycles, bonus payouts and performance-related pay processes; ensure documentation and approvals are in place.
HR operations & employee lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end HR administration (contracts, onboarding, offboarding, labor files).
- Manage payroll calculation/reporting, mandatory insurances (SHUI), and Personal Income Tax (PIT) declarations (monthly/quarterly).
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with local regulations.
- Handle employee relations, internal communication, and engagement initiatives.
- Support performance review processes and annual salary review cycles.
- Manage HR documentation, internal regulations, and policies.
Recruitment
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role profiles, competencies, hiring priorities and timelines.
- Oversee the complete hiring cycle: post vacancies, evaluate resumes, perform preliminary interviews and organize professional interview rounds.
- Drive employer branding initiatives locally campus recruitment, job fairs, content for social channels and employee referral campaigns.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, time-to-offer, offer acceptance rate, cost-per-hire) and provide regular hiring forecasts and hiring dashboards.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a general HR staff position / HR specialist / administrative HR staff.
- Proactive spirit, attention to detail, capable of working independently and collaborating well in a team.
- Understanding of general HR policies and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and insurance.
