MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Office Administration (50%)
- Manage daily office work and support administrative tasks every day.
- Plan and buy office stationery, food, and necessary things for the office.
- Receive letters, packages and manage logistics at the workplace.
- Help to write and edit administrative documents, internal notices, or rules with guidance.
- Help prepare documents and check logistics data for HR projects or company events.
2. Internal Communication & Activities (20%)
- Support in brainstorming ideas and writing content for internal communications and notices.
- Cooperate to organize team-building activities, events, and internal movements in the company.
3. Recruitment Support (20%)
- Support writing content, designing posters, and posting jobs on recruitment channels and groups.
4. Other Tasks (10%)
- Do other matching tasks assigned and guided by the Line Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Final-year students or fresh graduates in related majors (Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Administration...).
- Responsible, detail-oriented, active, and have good communication skills.
- Possess basic skills in drafting documents clearly with logical thinking.
- Working time: Meet the internship duration required by the company (Prefer full-time or fixed part-time schedules).
- Proficient in basic computer skills (Word, Excel). Knowing how to use Canva is an advantage.
- Plus point: Know how to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini...) to improve work efficiency (writing content, drafting documents, searching for information).
- Personal laptop is required.
