Job Description

We are looking for an HR Intern to join our People & Culture team. This role will give you hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll support, and employee engagement activities. You will work closely with the team to learn and support daily HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and offboarding (prepare documents, collect employee information).
  • Help update and maintain employee records in the HR system (HiBob).
  • Assist with attendance, leave, and overtime data for payroll preparation.
  • Prepare simple HR reports and support data entry/clean-up.
  • Help organize HR events and activities (health check-up, company trip, team events).
  • Provide general admin support to the HR team.

Requirements

Requirements

  • University student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Strong interest in HR and people operations.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Google tools).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
