2. OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Generalist to join our team and take ownership of the full employee lifecycle.
In this role, you will work across Recruitment, HR Operations, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and People Development, with a strong focus on building and maintaining an effective recruitment process.
3. Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Own the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering to onboarding.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, build recruitment plans and define candidate profiles.
Proactively source and build talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job platforms, communities, referrals and other channels.
Conduct CV screening, phone screening and initial interviews; assess candidates based on both competency and culture fit.
Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, hiring funnel and offer acceptance rate.
Build and maintain talent pools for key positions across the game industry.
Continuously improve recruitment channels, processes and employer branding activities.
2. HR Operations
Manage the employee lifecycle: Onboarding → Probation → Performance → Development → Offboarding.
Manage and maintain employee records, HR systems and HR documentation.
Coordinate probation, labor contracts, salary changes, benefits and other employee-related processes.
Support payroll, PIT, social insurance and other HR administration activities.
Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented consistently and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Work with external partners/agencies when needed.
3. Performance & People Development
Support the implementation of performance review, OKR/KPI and employee development processes.
Coordinate periodic performance review cycles and work with managers to ensure smooth execution.
Support initiatives related to employee engagement, learning & development and internal communication.
Identify people-related issues and work with managers to find practical solutions.
4. HR Projects & Culture
Participate in building and improving HR policies, processes and systems as Puzzle continues to scale.
Contribute to HR projects related to people development, organizational effectiveness and company culture.
Organize and support internal activities, engagement initiatives and employee experience programs.
Use data and employee feedback to identify opportunities for HR improvement.
Must Have
5+ years of HR experience in Tech, Game or Startup environments, with solid experience across the employee lifecycle.
Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
Experience in Employer Branding and building effective talent pipelines.
Proven ability to recruit across different functions and levels in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of HR Operations, including onboarding, probation, performance review and offboarding.
Good knowledge of Labor Law, PIT, Social Insurance and HR compliance.
Strong communication, ownership and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
Experience in Performance Management and People Development.
Experience building and improving HR processes, policies and systems.
Good English communication skills.
