The HR Executive is responsible for delivering end-to-end HR operations across Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement. This role ensures HR processes are compliant, accurate, and aligned with company policies while supporting organizational growth, people development, and employee satisfaction.

The Position Is Responsible For
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
- Manage monthly payroll, salary changes, allowances, deductions, PIT, insurance, and employee benefits with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain HRIS and personnel records to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Coordinate statutory insurance registration, adjustment, and claims (SI/HI/UI).
- Support audits and ensure full compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for both office and frontline roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates; develop relationships with agencies and platforms.
- Lead onboarding/ off boarding arrangements to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Coordinate training needs assessment across departments.
- Organize internal and external training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs.
- Track training records, evaluate training effectiveness, and prepare reports.
- Support the development of annual L&D plans and employee development initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities (YEP, team building, CSR, events, internal communications).
- Conduct employee surveys and follow up on action plans.
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen company culture and improve employee experience.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Prepare HR reports including headcount, turnover, attendance, and labor reports.
- Ensure HR processes comply with Vietnamese labor law and company policies.
- Support administration tasks such as contract management, office regulations, and related HR documentation.
Other Tasks Assigned.
Expected Qualification/Education:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Accounting or a related field
Work Experience
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in trading, retail, distribution, or FMCG companies.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, C&B, and HR procedures.
- Experience in recruitment, particularly for commercial and operational roles.
- Experience organizing training programs and employee engagement activities.
- An understanding of labour laws, rules, regulations and best practices.
- Ability to showcase strategic thinking and tackle a problem from all angles.
- Any relevant training courses or credentials in Human Resources are a plus
