We are seeking a full-time position based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam:
HR cum Accounts Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-spectrum HR functions, including end-to-end recruitment processes, onboarding, payroll, leave management, employee records, staff welfare, and compliance with government regulations.
- Process and manage financial transactions, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), expenditure tracking, and maintenance of cash and bank records, VAT reports, and reconciliations.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and auditors on payment matters and annual audits.
- Manage office administration, including calls, correspondence, data entry, filing, and general administrative support.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and support daily operations as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office applications with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently, multitask, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive team mindset and high integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
- Proficient in both Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
- Able to start immediately is preferred.
