Moatable is expanding our footprint in Vietnam, and we are looking for a highly capable, proactive, and business-driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our fast-growing Product & Engineering teams. This is a strategic, hands-on role that partners closely with business leaders to drive talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

What You'll Be Responsible For
1. Strategic Business Partnership
- Deeply understand the business strategy, team operations, and talent needs of the departments you support.
- Lead and execute the full HRBP cycle across supported teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders.
2. Full-Spectrum HRBP Solutions
- Provide end-to-end HRBP support including workforce planning, performance management, engagement, employee relations, and team development.
- Design and implement people strategies that enhance productivity and organizational health.
3. Talent Development & Culture Building
- Design career growth frameworks, capability development programs, and talent development plans.
- Build and reinforce a strong company culture; energize teams and help drive business acceleration.
- Activate team cohesion, collaboration, and long-term development.
4. HR Project Execution & Enablement
- Drive the implementation of company-wide HR initiatives within supported teams.
- Partner with leaders and employees to improve processes, empower individuals, and elevate business performance.
5. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Own full-cycle recruitment for Product & Engineering (or other supported functions).
- Deliver high-quality hires with speed and precision through innovative recruitment strategies.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels and creative hiring approaches to meet headcount targets efficiently.
What We're Looking For
1. Background & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 15+ years of full-module HR experience, with strengths in employee engagement, culture, and talent development.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the complete HRBP lifecycle independently.
2. Communication & Ownership
- Fluent English strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High ownership mindset; able to operate independently, make decisions, and drive business outcomes.
3. HR Expertise
- Solid experience across all HR functions, especially:
- Performance management for Product/Engineering teams
- Organizational diagnosis and effectiveness
- Improving team productivity & cohesion
- Talent development & organizational development
