Job Specification- Responsible for the efficient provision of housekeeping and laundry services through effective direction and supervision of staff in order to reach maximum level of guest satisfaction.
- Responsible for the guest's satisfaction in accordance with the Hotel's philosophy.
- Achieve a high level of guest's satisfaction by maintaining consistency and efficiency in service and politeness among the members of the staff.
- Control the department's expenses to a minimum level.
- Accountable for planning, directing and controlling the provision of clean and efficient services, to ensure high guest satisfaction and minimize costs within the given level of standard.
- Continuous departmental training is key responsibility.
- Responsible to constantly review and update Job Descriptions and Standard Operation Procedures.
- Diploma or degree in hospitality, hospitality management school.
- At least 2 years professional experience in this field
- Computer literate
- Languages: English
