We're looking for supervisors and managers to take the lead on guest experiences, events, and day-to-day operations at FUSE. This isn't your typical 95 hospitality job you'll be driving unforgettable nights, delivering high-quality service, and ensuring our hostels run smoothly. From planning and promoting events to overseeing operations and staff training, you'll be the energy and leadership that keeps FUSE one of the best hostel brands in Vietnam.
This role is open to both international candidates (ideally already in Southeast Asia) and Vietnamese managers who want to step up in hospitality leadership.
- Host and supervise nightly events, parties, and social activities
- Champion guest experience standards across the hostel
- Lead and oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring service runs smoothly
- Coordinate with bar, reception, and travel teams to maximize guest involvement
- Promote tours, activities, and FUSE experiences to guests
- Gather guest feedback to keep improving events and services
- Train, develop, and motivate the Guest Experience team
- Lead by example, building a strong, professional, and fun team culture
- Outgoing, confident, and passionate about people
- Experience in hospitality, events, or leadership roles preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (Vietnamese a huge plus; other languages a bonus)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to adapt quickly
- Previous hospitality or events management experience is a plus, but personality is everything!
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays our busiest times!
- Ideally located in Southeast Asia (SEA) or already based in Vietnam
