THE OPPORTUNITY:
This role is accountable for driving business growth through robust planning, project management, and solution design.
. Execute Chief Partnership Distribution Officer (CPDO) strategy to build the first high net worth (HNW) insurance ecosystem in Vietnam.
. Act as the key contact point for HNW workstreams & activities in the company.
. Ensure smooth implementation of HNW initiatives and activities.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning & Business Solutions
- Lead the annual and quarterly strategic planning process for the HNW segment, ensuring alignment with CPDO and PD objectives.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive HNW business roadmap, integrating market insights and competitive intelligence.
Project Management & Execution
- Drive end-to-end project management for all HNW initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
- Establish governance frameworks, risk management protocols, and performance tracking for strategic projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, Compliance) to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Performance Management & Analytics
- Build and monitor scorecards and dashboards to track business performance, project milestones, and financial KPIs (ANP, VONB, NPS).
- Conduct regular business reviews (QBR, MBR) and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends, optimize processes, and support decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
- Act as the primary liaison between HNW leadership and internal/external stakeholders for strategic initiatives.
- Influence and align senior stakeholders on priorities, resource allocation, and execution plans.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to build a high-performing, results-driven culture.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field MBA preferred.
Experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, business performance, or project management within financial services.
- Proven track record in delivering complex projects and business solutions.
- Exposure to partnership distribution and HNW customer segments is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies
- Advanced project management skills (PMP or equivalent certification preferred).
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI) and business reporting.
- High adaptability, growth mindset, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
