THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a MDRT & GAMA Champion, Senior Lead who is responsible for
. Build up MDRT & GAMA framework including planning, design, develop new initiatives and activities which aim to build up MDRT & GAMA pipeline to take responsibility of the sustainable growth of MDRT & GAMA on yearly basis
. Collaborate with channel leaders to execute the MDRT & GAMA initiatives successfully.
. Provide the mentoring, coaching to channel leaders to ensure the process, framework is transferred and can execute by channel leaders.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set MDRT & GAMA target to PA/GA and involve to the target allocation to ensure the target is set reasonably
- Develop the detail action plans and coordinate in execution
- Influence RH, PIC, AD and partners to implement change projects successfully, with proper tracking and evaluation.
- Provide guidance, coaching & transferring of the know-how for involved parties to effectively conduct important programs such as convention, product workshop, seminars, motivation talks, etc.
- Demonstrate and implement through different campaigns a clear and compelling consumer value proposition enhance company's competitiveness in the market.
- Review, update and manage all guidelines/processes to ensure there are efficient workflows as well as cooperation among related stakeholders.
- Number of MDRT & GAMA Ontrack/ MDRT & GAMA at year end
- Number of initiatives/programs/activities to boost sales productivity are generated and successfully implemented.
- Budgets are controlled and maximized within the approved limitation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education - University degree
- Experience - At least 5 years of experience in training, project management, sales, preferably in insurance industry.
- Knowledge and experience of salesforce, channel marketing and operational structure of agency.
- Ability to generate new initiatives and innovative approaches.
- Excellent presentation, communication, motivation and organizational skills.
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with senior managers within and outside the company.
