In this role, you will be instrumental in the Chassis Module Department, using your extensive skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control and VINFAST suppliers, to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation.
- Support to control the progress, quality of components, suppliers during the development process and testing.
- Study on design optimization (cost reduction, lead time reduction, weight reduction, visual improvement etc..).
- Contribute to make DFMEA, PFMEA, Spec-book, guide lines etc and functional testing, safety testing documents.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to implement design processes such as SOR, ECR, DCR, EBOM, etc., on VinFasts data management system.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), preferred candidates with experience in CAD and CATIA
- Good English & communication skills to enable effective dialogue with local and international audiences.
- Self task control and progress tracking skill
- Strong skills in presentation, documentation, teamwork, independent work, and effective communication; able to work well under pressure
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to grasp and effectively use technical concepts and technical information
- Highly motivated, self-starter, and active learner with strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to perform successfully in multi-national relationships
