Head Teacher

What You&aposll Do:

• Observe lessons and assess teaching performance
• Plan and conduct professional development workshops
• Mentor teachers and support recruitment projects
• Collaborate on curriculum and material development
• Teach Math, Science, and General English in public schools (up to 30 hours/month)

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors or Masters in Education/Math/Science
• TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/DELTA + C2 English certificate
• 5+ years teaching experience, 1+ year in a supervisory role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented
