Role Purpose
Lead and drive large-scale telesales operations to achieve revenue targets while leveraging CRM and customer data to improve sales productivity and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Telesales Leadership
- Lead and manage telesales teams to consistently achieve sales targets.
- Set and monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, productivity per agent, and revenue per campaign.
- Coach team leaders and agents to improve call quality, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Identify performance gaps and implement actions to improve results.
2. Telesales Operations
- Optimize telesales workflows, call scripts, and sales processes to improve conversion.
- Ensure efficient lead allocation, dialing performance, and agent productivity.
- Drive operational discipline with clear daily and weekly sales targets.
3. CRM & Customer Data
- Work with CRM and data teams to ensure proper customer segmentation and lead management.
- Use CRM insights to support targeted telesales campaigns and improve conversion rates.
4. Campaign & Cross-team Coordination
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and Commercial teams to execute telesales campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize execution to maximize sales results.
5. Reporting & Insights
- Provide clear reports on sales performance, conversion, and revenue impact.
- Identify opportunities to improve telesales productivity and campaign ROI.
Requirements
- Strong experience managing telesales teams, preferably large teams.
- Background in finance, banking, insurance, or high-volume sales environments is preferred.
- Good understanding of CRM systems and customer data for sales campaigns.
- Strong leadership, performance management, and analytical skills.
- Able to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
