Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth to meet company objectives. The role will include overseeing key accounts, conducting market analysis, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with other departments to optimize business operations. The individual will also be expected to train and mentor sales team members, set performance goals, and monitor progress effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a proven track record in achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience in Account Management, including building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in Team Management, including mentoring, training, and motivating teams to achieve high performance.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and form data-driven decisions.
  • Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or similar qualification is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Vietnamese preferred.
  • Proven ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the HVAC, energy solutions, or related industries is advantageous.
