1. Business Analysis and Planning
- Organize surveys and research on the market, customers, and competitors to develop business plans and nationwide and regional retail policies, as well as advise the Retail Customer Division leadership on business development opportunities and new growth drivers.
- Participate in setting objectives and business targets in alignment with the company&aposs strategic direction, across group levels, branches, sales channels, brands, and new business sectors.
- Monitor, analyze the current situation, and stay updated on the business performance of each region and brand to propose action plans, ensuring timely execution of objectives and adapting promptly to activities that do not meet quality standards.
- Analyze market trends, identify barriers affecting purchasing power, and provide forecasts on market, customer, and competitor fluctuations.
- Consult and collaborate on strategies to expand the market in each branch.
- Standardize and automate models for setting business objectives.
- Improve coordination processes for developing business plans between the head office and branches.
2. Statistical Reporting on Business Operations
- Prepare reports and statistical summaries on the business activities of the Retail Customer Division and branches (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Plan and develop static and dynamic data reports to support timely decision-making processes.
3. Optimizing Retail Policies and Developing Multi-Brand Incentive Programs
- Develop and optimize retail policies to align with the companys business objectives.
- Innovate, design, and implement multi-brand sales incentive programs at both nationwide and branch levels, meeting corporate criteria and motivating the retail system.
- Integrate customer purchasing drivers and sales staff incentives.
- Manage and optimize budgets for incentive programs, monitoring and adjusting them appropriately during implementation.
4. Project Management
- Coordinate with departments to execute the companys business development projects.
- Propose and implement initiatives for departmental development projects.
5. Managing and Supervising the Retail Customer and Sales Department
- Develop human resource plans and assign tasks within the department based on requirements.
- Propose staffing levels for the department.
- Guide specific tasks for each role within the department.
- Supervise, encourage, and motivate employees to complete their tasks on time.
- Monitor departmental performance in alignment with branch goals and solutions.
- Provide training or propose training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
- Prepare regular or ad-hoc reports as required.
