Head of Sales

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ambitious sales strategies to expand market share.
• Proactively identify and acquire new clients across industries (electronics, garments, automotive, etc.).
• Set ambitious sales targets and strive to exceed them consistently.
• Lead promotional activities and personally drive high-value deal closures.
• Recruit, train, and energise the team in Hanoi, HCMC, and Hai Phong.
• Foster a competitive, high-performance culture with strong accountability.
• Collaborate with global teams to unlock cross-border opportunities.
• Ensure profitability by managing budgets, KPIs, and receivables effectively.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in freight forwarding and cross-border logistics sales.
• Strong track record in new business development and delivering revenue growth.
• A dynamic, ambitious, and results-driven professional.
• Proficiency in English.
• Chinese-speaking is a plus.
