Job Description

We are looking for a sales leader to take ownership of our Asia region and scale a specification-led business across multiple markets. This is not a maintenance role. This is about building momentum, bringing structure, and driving growth across a region that is already moving.

Unios is a design-led architectural lighting business operating across Australia and Asia.

We partner with architects, designers and developers across commercial, hospitality and high-end residential projects, delivering performance-driven lighting solutions that balance design, technical integrity and speed to market.

We work across a range of commercial, hospitality and high-end residential projects throughout Asia, partnering with leading architects, designers and developers.

Our work spans:

• Large scale commercial developments across Vietnam and Southeast Asia

• Premium hospitality projects with international operators

• High-end residential developments with leading design studios

• Mixed-use and urban precinct projects across key growth markets

This exposure gives our team the opportunity to work on complex, design-led projects that require both technical depth and strong stakeholder engagement.

Day-to-day in this Role

You will take full ownership of Asia and step into a region with existing foundations, active markets and clear growth potential, and bring the leadership, discipline and commercial focus to scale it.

This role suits someone who understands the specification market, knows how to lead across countries, and can balance pace with control.

What you will bring to this role

Commercial Ownership

  • Proven ability to own and deliver revenue, margin and pipeline outcomes across multiple markets
  • Experience driving specification-led sales across architects, designers, engineers and developers
  • Ability to build market presence and strengthen influence with key partners and stakeholders

Sales Leadership

  • Experience leading and developing high performing teams across multiple countries
  • Clear approach to setting expectations, cadence and accountability
  • Ability to lift performance through structure, coaching and clarity

Pipeline and Discipline

  • Pipeline management and forecasting capability
  • Ability to improve visibility, conversion and consistency across regions
  • Proactive in identifying risks and gaps and taking decisive action

Regional Growth

  • Experience building momentum in developing or high growth markets
  • Networks and ability to influence key partners and decision makers
  • Ability to align regional activity with broader business strategy

What We Are Looking For

  • Sales leadership experience within architectural lighting or specification-led adjacent industries
  • Background in construction, building materials or design-led products
  • Experience managing multiple countries or regions
  • Understanding of long-cycle, project-based sales
  • Commercially sharp with a track record of delivering growth

This role will suit someone who has operated in complex markets and knows how to bring structure without slowing momentum.
