Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the Operations Excellence (OE) strategy across the country, ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives while supporting overall business growth.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement across all sites, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and best-in-class methodologies.
- Identify, prioritize, and implement process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, service quality, and cost performance.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, IT, and Commercial teams to deliver end-to-end supply chain improvements and scalable solutions.
- Contribute to customer solutions, tenders, and business development by integrating OE capabilities into value propositions and driving competitive advantage.
- Represent the OE agenda at senior management level, ensuring accountability across key pillars including Safety, Quality & Regulatory Assurance, Operational Management Systems, and Labor Management.
- Establish governance frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms to track OE initiatives, including benefits realization and ROI.
- Lead OE projects end-to-end, from opportunity identification through execution and sustainability of results.
- Build and develop OE capabilities across the organization through training, coaching, and mentoring programs.
- Foster strong customer relationships by leveraging data, insights, and management reporting to drive continuous improvement and proactively mitigate risks.
- Ensure full alignment with safety, quality, and compliance standards across all operations.
Requirements
. Strong experience in Operations Excellence / Continuous Improvement within logistics or supply chain
. Proven track record of driving results through effective team management and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
. Excellent analytical abilities coupled with commercial acumen.
. Experience leading transformation initiatives and driving measurable operational improvements
. Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leader ship
. Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
. Experience working in complex, multi-site or regional environments
. Strong leadership and team development capabilities
. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
. At least 10 years of experience in contract logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related industry.
. Bachelor's degree or higher education level.
