Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead mid- to long-term brand and portfolio strategy in close alignment with regional and global teams, ensuring strong local execution.
  • Drive insight-led brand building initiatives and breakthrough innovations to fuel sustainable growth, increase market penetration, and strengthen category leadership.
  • Champion brand purpose and ensure consistent brand delivery across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Own the integrated business planning process, translating strategic priorities into clear annual plans, budgets, and execution roadmaps.
  • Lead strong omni-channel execution across digital and traditional platforms, with rigorous performance tracking and continuous optimization.
  • Review business performance regularly and make clear decisions to accelerate, adjust, or stop initiatives based on impact and ROI.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a marketing team, fostering a high-performance, consumer-centric, and data-driven culture.
  • Build marketing capabilities, support succession planning, and drive change with speed and agility.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D to deliver profitable, long-term growth.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive marketing experience, with solid exposure to senior nationwide-level roles.
  • Strong background in brand development, portfolio management, and category leadership within competitive markets.
  • Proven ability to drive growth with clear ownership of commercial results and P&L exposure.
  • Strategic yet hands-on leader with strong execution discipline and decision-making capability.
  • Effective influencer with strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills in matrix organizations.
  • Agile, open-minded, and resilient, with a passion for developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working with regional and global stakeholders.
