Job Description

I. Job Duties:

Brand Strategy & Development

  • Build and oversee the brand strategy to ensure strong, consistent and distinctive brand positioning across all customer touchpoints.
  • Develop year-round strategic marketing themes and cross-channel campaigns to support new product launches, service offerings, promotions and brand-led initiatives.
  • Lead the creation and enhancement of private-label products, packaging concepts and branded merchandise.

Creative Direction & Communication Management

  • Manage the full creative process for brand communication, including media planning, campaign ideation and execution for new location launches and category-driven promotions.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to craft compelling marketing concepts, and evaluate post-campaign performance to optimize future initiatives.

Business Development & Revenue Generation

  • Guide the Business Development and Marketing team to achieve targeted service revenue, advertising income and partnership-based growth opportunities.
  • Shape the long-term strategy for e-commerce platforms and customer engagement systems, including loyalty programs and customer relationship management initiatives.

Market Insights & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct regular market and consumer intelligence studies to stay ahead of emerging marketing trends and monitor competitors brand activities, communication strategies and innovations.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Execution

  • Work closely with product/category teams and other internal departments to deliver effective campaigns, membership growth programs and corporate events aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage the department's annual budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost efficiency.

II. Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing or another relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of substantial experience in a comparable role, including at least 5 years in a leadership.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to make decisions that support business growth.
  • Deep understanding of emerging market trends and the capability to interpret how these shifts influence consumer attitudes and behaviors.
  • Proven ability to transform creative concepts into practical, real-world brand experiencesparticularly in integrating digital and physical touchpoints to deliver a seamless user journey.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated strengths in negotiation, influencing various stakeholders and managing cross-functional relationships.
  • High proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
