Responsible for supervising and leading a team of Key Account Management
Drive performance of all Key Account Managements within responsibility on dimensions including commercial performance, seller relationship, social media engagement, internal tools and systems and special projects etc.
Develop and maintain industry-leading relationships with external key account contacts to ensure that the business receives constant leads on potential key sellers
Work to create cross-functional engagements and understandings with necessary departments
Negotiating deals with key sellers and working with marketing to develop matching initiatives to boost revenues
Oversee quality of deals & sellers satisfaction with KAM and platform
Support CM in developing seller management strategy & initiatives
Create a healthy work environment within the team and grow more future leaders
Ensure correct and timely completion of team member's performance report
Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business or related fields
Ideally 3 -5 years of working experience preferably in business development, sales or account management
Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders
Good command of English
Good team player, with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform your KPIs
People management skills and have experience taking care of a team
Data driven, logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
Result-oriented, self-driven, and strong negotiation skills
