Job Description:

  • Review and identify opportunities to enhance end-to-end performance of new sellers coming onboard the platform.
  • Lead a large team to implement strategy and execution on seller incubation.
  • Drive performance of all Incubation Key Account Managements within responsibility on dimensions including commercial performance, seller relationship, social media engagement, internal tools and systems, and special projects.
  • Work closely with other key stakeholders across teams and departments to co-develop and launch strategic initiatives that help improve processes and sellers performance.
  • Extract key insights on performance of sellers and initiatives for management reporting.
  • Lead the team to review existing practices to make solid improvement recommendations and spearhead optimization projects based on data-backed analysis, critical thinking, and commercial judgment.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on developments and trends within the e-commerce industry, especially with regard to business development and seller management.
  • Support team lead in developing seller management strategy and initiatives.
  • Create a healthy work environment within the team and grow more future leaders.
  • Ensure correct and timely completion of team members performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business or related fields.
  • Ideally 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders.
  • Good command of English.
  • People management skills and experience managing a team.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and willingness to interact and share ideas while working with individuals from other departments.
  • Data-driven mindset, logical thinking, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Result-oriented, self-driven, and strong negotiation skills.
