As we scale rapidly, recruitment must evolve from manual and reactive to systemized and data-driven, and thats where this role comes in.

Were building recruitment as an engine, not just a function. This role is for someone who treats hiring like an operational system: structured, measured, and continuously optimized. You will build workflows, track funnel performance, implement standards, and turn recruitment into a process that scales with the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive structured, high-speed hiring across multiple teams

  • Deliver strong candidates quickly through a disciplined, structured process

  • Design and scale recruitment workflows

  • Standardize sourcing, interviewing, and offer stages across roles. Create consistency in how we evaluate and hire talent

  • Use data to drive hiring performance

  • Monitor key funnel metrics like pass-through rates and time-to-fill. Proactively fix bottlenecks and improve conversion through process tweaks

  • Systematize hiring manager collaboration

  • Create scorecards, and interview structures. Keep teams aligned on progress, feedback, and decision-making.

Requirements

  • 35 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in high-growth or operationally complex environments

  • Youve filled roles fast, and youve built the process to do it better the next time.

  • Strong process and system thinking

  • You enjoy fixing broken workflows, creating scalable tools, and seeing hiring as an engine, not a one-off task.

  • Clear, structured communicator who aligns cross-functional teams

  • Able to keep processes on track, close feedback loops, and push for next steps with clarity.
