Job Description:
Program Management
- Lead day-to-day commercial performance of the shop, proactively deploying operational levers to achieve both topline and bottom-line targets.
- Oversee buyer incentive budgets and programs to optimize order growth and profitability.
- Convert strategic priorities into clear execution plans and mobilize the team to deliver measurable results.
Business Performance Analytics
- Conduct in-depth analysis of underperforming areas and implement actions to improve shop performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards/ reports to monitor business health and surface actionable insights.
Process Management
- Partner with product and engineering teams throughout a product development process.
- Identify workflow gaps and lead process improvements to enhance speed, scalability, and quality of execution.
Requirements:
- Highly self-driven and motivated
- Comfort with ambiguity and eager to learn, natural curiosity
- Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
- Independent thinker who's also a solid team player
- Deadline-driven, organized and able to multitask
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills (English) preferred
- 4+ years of professional experience, previous consulting, strategy, or business intelligence-related experience preferred
