Job Description:

  • Drive high-impact and growth projects in big scale nationwide campaigns, and major online and offline marketing efforts
  • Conduct market and industry research, brainstorm and make recommendations regarding untapped growth opportunities for Shopee
  • Drive overall buyer marketing strategy across relevant features for potential and new commercial landscape
  • Evaluate new initiatives optimize and achieve commercial objectives and performance across the region
  • Responsible for the end-to-end implementation of product marketing projects from ideation to launch in order to drive buyer adoption, engagement, and/or retention
  • Identify new revenue streams for the business, focus on growing user acquisition, and building retention
  • Review and analyze all key marketing metrics on a daily basis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from any major
  • 4+ years of working experience in a fast-paced industry, preferably Tech, Management Consulting or FMCG companies
  • Experience in project management and data analysis
  • Good inference skills to manage stakeholders
  • Outstanding analytical skills, comfortable with analyzing complex, large-scale data sets
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven and a team player
