Build and maintain dashboards to track key growth metrics across acquisition, conversion, and retention funnels
Monitor and analyze performance on a regular basis, identifying gaps, trends, and actionable insights
Support target setting and phasing, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
Prepare structured management reports with clear narratives and data-backed recommendations
Manage and track budget utilization, ensuring efficiency and alignment with growth priorities
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to consolidate inputs, align on performance expectations, and drive follow-ups

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in E-commerce, Program Management, Strategy, Consulting, or Tech
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong numerical acumen with the ability to interpret data and derive insights
Solid project management and stakeholder coordination capabilities
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
