Growth Operations Associate (Telesales & Lead Generation), SPX Express

• Support growth initiatives to increase hotline traffic and lead generation through SEO, social seeding, campaign support, and other growth activities.
• Conduct market research, seller/customer insight analysis, and competitor benchmarking within the Logistics/E-commerce industry.
• Track and consolidate performance metrics including hotline traffic, lead quality, conversion rate, and campaign performance.
• Coordinate and follow up cross-functional initiatives between Marketing, Branding, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure execution progress.
• Support and monitor growth initiatives related to hotline traffic, lead generation, and telesales operations to optimize customer reach and conversion performance.

. Understanding of SEO, Digital Marketing, Lead generation, growth marketing and customer acquisition funnel

. Strong research, reporting, and data tracking skills

. Good coordination and communication skills

. Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel and basic presentation tools

. Proactive mindset with strong ownership and execution follow-up capability
