Our client is a fast-growing tech start-up, building scalable digital products with a strong focus on data-driven decision making, user-centric design, and rapid experimentation. The company is entering a critical growth phase and is looking for a Growth Lead/Head of Growth to drive sustainable user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across products and markets.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, data, and business. The Growth Lead will own the end-to-end growth strategy, acting as a bridge between business objectives and execution teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales). You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, running experiments, and scaling what works.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the overall growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and referral.
- Act as a bridge between business, product, marketing, and engineering teams to align growth initiatives with company goals.
- Analyze user behavior, funnels, cohorts, and key metrics to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks.
- Design, prioritize, and execute growth experiments (A/B testing, MVPs, feature iterations) with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Tech teams to optimize onboarding, user experience, and conversion flows.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track growth KPIs, performance, and experiment results.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new features, products, or markets.
- Mentor and develop a small growth team (performance marketing, lifecycle, CRM, data) as the company scales.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Growth Lead, Head of Growth, Growth Manager, or similar role in a tech start-up, fintech, or consumer apps
- Solid understanding of product-led growth, funnels, user lifecycle, and growth frameworks.
- Experience working closely with product team on shipping and optimizing features.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience scaling user growth and/or revenue in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and ownership.
