Communication & Growth Lead

Position:Full-time

Location:Ho Chi Minh City (Office / Remote Flexible)

Reporting to:CEO

1. Role Objective

  • TheCommunication & Growth Leadis responsible forbuilding, distributing, and scaling content and communication channelsfor both: S-World & Partners
  • This role sits at the intersection ofcommunication, content, and growth, ensuring that narratives are not only well-crafted, but alsoeffectively distributed, widely seen, and measurably grownacross digital platforms.
  • The role is highly hands-on, data-informed, and outcome-driven.

2. Key Responsibilities

a. Communication & Content Direction

  • Define and refine content pillars, narratives, and key messages for S-World and strategic partners.
  • Translate big ideas and positioning into clear, scalable content directions.
  • Edit and optimize headlines, captions, and shortmid form content to ensure clarity and consistency.

b. Channel Growth & Distribution

  • Lead growth strategy and execution across S-World and partner channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Decide what content to push, where, and when to maximize reach, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Continuously test, measure, and scale high-performing formats.

c. Performance & Optimization

  • Own key growth metrics: reach, engagement, follower growth.
  • Analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements.
  • Ensure consistent publishing rhythm aligned with growth goals.

d. Partner & Team Collaboration

  • Work directly with partners to align communication and growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and production teams to amplify high-potential content.
  • Ensure partner-facing communication meets S-World's strategic and quality standards.

3. Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.
  • 36 years of experiencein communication, content, social growth, or digital media.
  • Strong understanding ofsocial media algorithms and content distribution mechanics.
  • Ability to balancenarrative quality and storytellingwithdata-driven growth thinking.
  • Comfortable working with metrics, experimentation, and iterative optimization.
  • Experience working withclients, partners, or multi-stakeholder projectsis a strong advantage.
  • Interest or experience in innovation, technology, business, education, or leadership content.
  • Proactive, independent, and execution-oriented.

Nice to have:

  • Proven experience growing content-led channels for brands or partners.
  • Background in editorial, journalism, or strategic content.
