About The Team

Our team partners with Vietnam-based manufacturers and large importers who have strong capabilities in sourcing and fulfillment but often limited expertise in sales and marketing. By managing their Shopee accounts and optimizing their commercial performance, we enable these partners to focus on what they do best.

Through this collaboration, we aim to unlock greater assortment diversity, deliver better pricing value to users, and build long-term strategic partnerships with key upstream sellers. As part of the team, you will play a critical role in bridging operational excellence with commercial growth, helping scale high-potential sellers on the platform.

Job Description

  • Take ownership of supplier portfolio performance, driving revenue growth while closely managing P&L efficiency and profitability
  • Monitor business performance (sales, margins, KPIs) and proactively identify gaps, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Lead deep-dive data analysis to generate actionable insights that improve commercial performance and optimize ongoing programs
  • Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness, pricing strategies, and assortment performance to maximize output
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports, business reviews, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance scalability and operational excellence

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, business analytics, e-commerce, consulting, or related fields
  • Strong P&L management mindset with proven ability to balance growth and profitability
  • Advanced data analysis skills with the ability to translate numbers into business insights and actions
  • Strong logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and high attention to detail
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Agile and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities
  • Good command of English (both verbal and written communication)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., modeling, dashboards, data manipulation)
