Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in video editing as a primary strength, with a basic foundation in graphic design.
- Proficiency in video production techniques, including filming, lighting, and sound design.
- Basic with motion graphics design.
- Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- A keen creative eye, with a talent for translating ideas into impactful visuals.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- The ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities
1. Video Production
- Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies to shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, website content, and internal communications.
- Incorporate motion graphics, sound effects, and music to create compelling visual narratives.
- Optimize video content for different platforms and ensure top technical quality.
2. Graphic Design
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including social media graphics, website assets, email templates, and advertisements.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual materials.
- Create compelling infographics and illustrations to simplify complex information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative solutions and meet project requirements.
3. General Skills & Collaboration
- Stay current with the latest trends and software in video production and graphic design.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and maintain a collaborative, team-oriented spirit.
